Returns Policy

From past experience and the many repeat customers, we have every confidence that you will be happy with the quality of your order. In the unlikely event that we make an error, this will be rectified ASAP at our expense.

Should your items have been incorrectly ordered, please bear in mind all goods are individually made and as such we cannot give any refunds.* In this event it would usually be possible to forward replacement parts e.g. a longer pole or different brackets at a reasonable cost.

* This is in line with distance sales law in England, Scotland and Wales which exempts the following from the right to cancel: “the supply of bespoke goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are personalised – for example, a made-to-measure suit or pair of curtains, or a gift that has the recipient’s name engraved on it.”
